Join Amelia Furlong for a two-hour, hands-on workshop where you will begin to transform your spark of an idea into a full length book.
About this Event

If you've been sitting on a novel idea for a while, but don't know how to bring it to life and put a spine on it, this workshop is designed for you.

This workshops is perfect for beginners who are eager to learn the fundamentals of writing a novel, from structuring to plotting and character development. You’ll also benefit from guidance on how to keep motivated and overcome the psychological hurdles of writing long-form fiction.

Along with examples of different structuring techniques, you will also receive personalised feedback on your novel outline alongside reading recommendations, and guidance on next steps.

Amelia has worked with numerous writers to help them turn a blank page into a full-length first draft, and she is excited to bring her expertise to help new authors find the confidence and direction they’ve been looking for.

Amelia will share how she went from self-publishing her first romance novel to signing a trilogy book deal with Harper Collins.

In preparation for this workshop you will be asked to submit your current novel outline or idea by June 22nd to allow time for Amelia to review and prepare individualised feedback before the session.
