Give It A Whirl: An Introductory Wheel Throwing Experience

Try your hand at pottery in this fun and relaxed two-hour wheel throwing class, perfect for beginners! With guidance from an experienced instructor, you'll learn the basics of working on the pottery wheel and create your own handmade piece. Because wheel throwing takes time to master, your instructor will guide you to make sure you finish at least one piece that’s ready to be fired. Whether you're exploring a new hobby, planning a date night, or looking for a creative outing with friends or family, this session is a great way to get your hands dirty and see if a longer class is right for you. Includes instruction, clay, glaze and firing. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to play with clay!
