Join us and bring a friend in a great opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest growing sports in PA. These open mats are for all girls grades 6-12 and will be held Sundays from 5pm-6:30pm in the Exeter High School Wrestling Room *updates and schedules posted on Facebook! Things to bring:
- Workout attire (Attire with no zippers)
- Wrestling Shoes (We have certain sizes you can borrow if new to the sport.)
- Sneakers
- Positive attitude and ready to be a part of girls wrestling history
