Join us at the Brooks Trailhead on July 27th from 8am to 10am for a morning dedicated to empowering women in fitness and health!

Event Schedule:

• 8:00am - 8:30am: Kick off with a 3-mile run or 1-mile walk (choose your pace!)
• 8:30am - 9:00am: Interactive talk by Stephanie Harrod from Synchronized Health on caring for female physiology in an active lifestyle.
• 9:00am - 10:00am: Private shopping experience before the store opens to the public.

About Synchronized Health: Founded by Stephanie Harrod, Synchronized Health focuses on educating and supporting women in optimizing hormone and menstrual cycle health. Stephanie, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified women's health coach, brings over 5 years of clinical expertise and personal experience in managing hormone-related challenges for active women.

Talk Highlights: Stephanie will guide us through understanding the menstrual cycle's impact on fitness, effective fueling strategies, and signs of hormone imbalance. This interactive session encourages open discussion and problem-solving in a supportive environment.
