Gin Distilling 201: A Bit More Than Just the Basics

Expected Outcome: Take home a personal gin you create in a hands-on distilling experience

Overview: Attendee will be led through a discovery of gin botanicals and formulation techniques within a small group, then encouraged to choose botanicals that appeal to the group. The group will be guided in the use of laboratory apparatus to distill their unique gin. Upon completion, each individual will have a sample of gin to take home and a new appreciation of the spirit known as gin.
