Gin Craze Mixology Class (Open to the public!)

Buying a ticket grants you admission to this class from 12PM to 2PM on Saturday April 18th, 2026.

We’ll begin with a discussion about the wild history of gin and the various methods to produce gin, followed by a tasting of three craft gins.
After that we’ll make three fun and fresh gin cocktails:
Gordon’s Cup—muddled lime & cucumber, gin, maldon salt
Army Navy—lemon, orgeat*, gin, angostura
Martini—gin, dry vermouth, orange bitters, lemon twist

*You must be at least 21 years old to attend this class. Your age will be verified in person.*

Classes are held in person at the Institute of Culinary Education at 521 E. Green Street Pasadena, CA 91101.
