For the November edition of our monthly sound bath series, we'll explore the gifts of gratitude in our own lives and in our connections with others.
So rest your mind, relax your body, realign your intentions, and breathe in peace with us.
I'll guide the group into a state of relaxation, while the vibratory tones of my voice and various instruments harmonize your state of being. As a Reiki Master, I will also offer personalized Reiki during the sound bath for each person who desires this.
This experience takes place in the supportive energy of the Energy Enhancement System Room at the Healing Spa.
