If you are interested in deepening your aerial yoga practice or learning more about aerial yoga this training is for you. While it is helpful if you are a yoga instructor this training is appropriate for anyone interested in learning more and taking a deeper dive into aerial yoga.
Our training emphasizes safety and fun with clear, concise cueing and sequencing. You do not need to be a yoga instructor to take this training and get certified. Aerial Yoga Poses are broken down into digestible steps including modifications and considerations.
