About this Event
Good Girl University is a new educational series from Good Girl Books, built around a simple belief: learning should be a lifelong practice that's accessible, social, and joyful. We're building a place where curiosity brings people together.
To kick off GGU, we’re hosting a panel with women-owned small businesses. Rather than focusing on high-level advice, this panel will get into the unknown and unexpected of owning a business.
It will be moderated by our co-owner, Alex Duggan, and feature Cat Madlansacay of Essence Planner, Stephanie Pao of The Fleuria Book Truck, and Zoë Foxley of Angel City Stitchery.
The panel discussion will be followed by time for audience Q&A, as well as time to shop the store - including a special selection of books curated by the panelists!
Additionally, Cat will be at the store starting at 5pm to monogram her Create Journal, Work Planner, and Self Care Journal for anyone who purchases one. They come in such great colors, and are loved by Team GGB!
