Please SAVE THE DATE for our GFWC-NH Summer Board of Directors and Incoming Leaders Meeting and complete and return your Registration form and payment so we can all plan ahead.
The Summer BoD meeting kicks off the morning with a short meeting that invites all members of the Board of Directors to connect with one another to discuss the upcoming year and vote on the upcoming budget. The Board of Directors includes members of our Executive Committee, Past State Presidents, Past State Directors of Junior Clubs, District Directors, Chairmen and members of Community Service Programs, Chairmen, and members of Standing and Special Committees. The primary purpose of the meeting is to hear the presentation of this year's Budget Committee with details from the Budget for this next year.
Immediately following the Summer BoD meeting, our club Presidents and Treasurers from all our GFWC-NH clubs are invited to an informative day of information sharing for clubs. The budget will also be presented to club leaders. If approved by the GFWC-NH BoD, the budget will later be presented to the full membership at our 2026 Fall Field meeting on October 17, 2026 to be held at the NH Audubon McLane Center in Concord, NH.
At Summer BoD and Incoming leaders Meeting we will also have info on resources and where to find important info and workshops to help clubs prepare for the coming year as well as time for Q and A’s and info and ideas, including our September 2026 International Day of Service highlighting our GFWC Signature Program:Domestic and Sexual Violence Awareness and Prevention and hear about ideas for clubs.
If a club's President or Treasurer is unable to attend, Club Presidents are invited and encouraged to send a representative from their club to participate in the day's activities.

We can't wait to see you all as we kick off the 2026-2028 Administration.
