GETTING UNDER THE SURFACE RETREAT

• Saturday, February 7, 12-3pm
• Sunday, February 8, 12-3pm
  

DAY 1

• A group session that begins with mindfulness practices to help you get out of your head and into the moment
• We’ll make space for you to share your life situation and what you would like to work on during the retreat, followed by group participation that helps you clarify how to proceed, find your own answers, and be seen

DAY 2

• Shamanic journey that focuses on the learnings from the previous day
• Followed by individual work
• We recommend bringing your own pillow, bolsters, yoga mat blanket, and eye covering so you are as comfortable as possible during day two, which involves laying on the floor

NOTE: We’re keeping the number of participants small (maximum of six), so every person has an opportunity to work on themselves in a small, safe, judgement-free environment.
