Getting to grips with TUPE

TUPE, or not TUPE? That is the question.  

The question that we at Precept often get asked and the question that requires a detailed analysis and a good grasp of is the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations.

Don’t worry though, in this session, we aren’t going to bamboozle you. Instead, we’ll go back to basics so you can get to grips with exactly what you need to know, including:

• What the practical implications are if TUPE does actually apply 
• What steps you need to take to deal with TUPE where it applies 
• What happens if things go wrong (which they won’t once you’ve been to our session!)
