The guest speaker for this event will be Paul Green, founder of Business Unfinished, with his talk 'Multiply Your Growth Through Great Customer Service'. In the talk Paul shares a different take on Albert Einstein’s formula and how it can be applied to maximise your business growth. Paul will also give you the simple guide to getting reviews from giving great customer service and share some real life practical tips.
