Join us for a free in-person GetFit30 workout at Belle Marie Winery!
This 30-minute music-fueled strength class combines movement community and fun — no complicated choreography just smart simple and effective training.
About the Class:
GetFit30 is usually offered online but we’re bringing it to you live and in person — to try out for free!
We’ll be using resistance bands (loop and long) for this session.
Bring your own bands if you have them — a limited supply will be available in class.
After the Workout:
Belle Marie is hosting this event and will appreciate your support — stay after for a glass of wine or drink purchase. Light snacks will be available to enjoy while you mingle and unwind!
