We’re a public rucking group that believes fitness is better together—boots on the ground, weight on our backs, and miles under our feet. Every Saturday we meet at Lake Fayetteville Trailhead Park (next to the Botanical Gardens). Arrive at 6:15 AM, ruck starts at 6:30 sharp.What to expect:
A 6-mile loop on a known, paved trail path.
A steady pace—walking together, never left behind.
A welcoming crew of all levels, from beginners to seasoned ruckers.
