Get ready to move, breathe, and connect at the first-ever Get Movin' Highland Park event! This two-day celebration is all about supporting your mental and physical well-being, featuring inspiring wellness classes and workshops from local Highland Park practitioners. Whether you're a wellness enthusiast or new to the scene, there's something for everyone to explore!Join us for an incredible lineup of movement, mindfulness, and education, all in support of Rebecca’s Dream, a local organization raising awareness for mental health. A portion of all ticket sales will benefit this important cause, helping to end the stigma around mental illness.

Tone and lengthen with light weights or your own body’s resistance to functional exercises, set to an uplifting playlist.
10:00 AM: Sound Bath Journey with Laura Rategan
Immerse yourself in peace and tranquility with sound waves produced by singing bowls, gongs, and more instruments.
1:00 PM: Joyful Yoga with Lauri Stern
A fun, energetic yoga flow blending movement, music, and alignment cues to help you laugh, let go, and feel good on your mat!
2:00 PM: Barre with Andrea Strle
An effective total-body workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness to empower your body and spirit.
3:00 PM: Nervous System Reset with Erica Hornthal
Move towards balance and emotional peace with a somatic release practice. All abilities welcome!
Saturday, September 6th
8:00 AM: Morning Stretch Class (FREE)
Wake up your body and mind with a gentle practice to start your day with ease.
9:00 AM: Dance Cardio with Jenny Muslin
Get your heart pumping with a high-energy cardio class set to trending tunes and old-school hits.
10:00 AM: Power Pilates with Samantha Eisenberg
A full-body, full-mind reset with bodyweight strength training, mobility, and balance in a totally judgment-free zone.
1:00 PM: Mindful Flow Yoga with Deb Wineman
Cultivate presence and harmony through a gentle, breath-centered practice blending yoga postures and intentional movement.
2:00 PM: Reiki Sound Bath Meditation with Laura Rategan
Immerse yourself in healing vibrations with crystal singing bowls, native flute, chimes, and Reiki energy for inner healing and chakra balancing.
3:00 PM: Dance as Therapy with Erica Hornthal
Feel grounded and connected as you move away from overthinking and into the present moment through therapeutic dance.
4:00 PM: Closing Circle with Laura Rategan (FREE)
End this beautiful two-day event with intention, community, and peace.
