We wanted to share our upcoming **in-person workshop** happening here in Brighton that may be of interest if you’re living with physical pain, stress, burnout, or pathologies such as Fibromyalgia, Sciatica, or Plantar Fasciitis.On **11th January**, we’re hosting an **Ixchel System Introduction Workshop** at **The Float Spa, Brighton**.
**Who are we?**
The Ixchel System is a UK-based, award-winning posture realignment approach that works with **every single bone and joint in your body, nervous system regulation, and emotions which are stored in the body**.
We work with people experiencing chronic pain, fatigue, stress, emotional overwhelm, and long-term tension, as well as practitioners wanting a deeper, more embodied way of working with clients.
**What is “Get Into Your Body”?**
Get Into Your Body is our foundational methodology. It teaches simple but powerful ways to:
* Correct muscular-skeletal alignment (aka - posture) using small but precise movement practices
* Understand why stress and emotional experiences show up as physical pain
* Help the body come out of survival mode and back into a healing state
* Build a felt sense of safety, support, and ease in your own body
This workshop is **not exercise, not yoga, and not therapy** — it’s educational, embodied, and accessible to all bodies and backgrounds.
**Who is this workshop for?**
* Anyone living with chronic pain, tension, fatigue, or stress
* People feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body
* Curious humans interested in the mind–body connection
* Bodyworkers, therapists, and wellbeing practitioners
No prior experience needed at all — just openness and curiosity.
We have been all around the world, but there’s something really special about bringing this work back to Brighton, where so much of it began, and sharing it in a grounded, welcoming space.
