About this Event

This is an 8-week class meeting every Wednesday

Get Fit classes will help you achieve the fitness you desire in the manner that is most suitable for you. For those who wish to work out in the privacy of your own home, Rhonda will send out multiple videos a week to all participants for the 8 weeks. Each video is approximately 20-55 minutes long and can ve viewed at any time that is convenient for you. Set to fun music and beautiful backdrops, you will find yourself coming back for more! The video sessions are designed for all fitness levels and offer a complete workout with options for cardio, toning, strength training, and yoga.
