Get Closer: Couples Tantra Workshop
About this Event
In this intimate afternoon workshop, you'll explore the art of closeness: emotional, energetic, and physical. Get Closer is designed to help couples build trust, deepen communication, and find a renewed sense of curiosity and connection.
Through guided breath, movement, and mindful touch, you'll practice communicating with more presence and openness (verbally and nonverbally) and explore simple yet profound tantric techniques for energetic exchange. We'll work with a heart-opening tantric posture, visualization, and breathing practices to move energy and create more harmony between you, and you'll leave with tools to keep nurturing intimacy long after the workshop ends.
This is a welcoming space for all couples, regardless of experience. You'll have time to connect privately with your partner, as well as opportunities for group reflection and questions.
