Gentle Yoga with Dawn classes are back after holidays this coming Monday 12/01/2026 from 6.30 - 7.30 PM upstairs @kauricommunityandsportscentre Casual class $20.00 or a Ten class pass $180.00, can pay cash or bank transfer. Passes do not have to be used consecutively and they don’t have an expiry date.
Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, small pillow, water to drink and something to put over you for relaxation (blanket, shawl etc) is all that you need to get started.
We move gently and encourage each and every body to move within your bodies comfort zone on the day. Modifications will be provided. No previous yoga experience necessary.
