Join our new FREEE YOGA session each week!!!

Bring your Yoga mat, beach towel, blanket, water, and YOU to the FREE YOGA session in the park.
Unwind and recharge with some gentle movement and deep stretches to reduce stress and increase your energy levels and flexibility.
We'll begin with a 45-minute all-levels vinyasa yoga flow, with break, designed to help you feel grounded, energized, and present.
Then ten minutes of meditation to clear your consciousness of the clutter of everyday life.
We'll move through gentle stretches and basic yoga poses designed to calm the nervous system and release tightness in the shoulders, hips, and back.
The focus is on feeling good, not on overstressing your body.
Leave feeling more flexible, calmer, and deeply refreshed.
No experience or flexibility is required...just a willingness to stretch your body and breathe.

Some members may be running late, we can wait 5 minutes for those arriving late. Then the Yoga session will begin.
The members may chat, mingle, socialize, and get to know each other better.
There is FREE PARKING on the side streets in the vicinity of Cheviot Hills Recreation Center.
It is ok if you are running late. You can join in the Yoga session any time.
