Commencing Thursday 4th June at 10am, this class is all about creating a welcoming space to connect, move, breathe and slow down from the busyness of everyday life.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have practiced before, these sessions are designed to support your mind, body & wellbeing in a relaxed and friendly community environment. �
Expect gentle movement, mindful breathing, relaxation and time to simply reconnect with yourself.
