A gentle, accessible practice that focuses on connecting the breath and body while calming the mind.
Practice will begin with flowing, gentle movement and as the hour progresses, we will wind down to stillness and relaxation.
This practice is suitable for all regardless of yoga experience and promotes a welcoming environment with variations for every body.
Props such as blocks, blankets and straps are encouraged.
Please bring yoga mat.
About Carla:
I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 20 years but really became immersed in the practice about 6 years ago during a very stressful time in life. Yoga was a savior and taught me to be present in my mind and body to work through stress and emotions.
The effects my practice had on me and in turn those around me made me want to share this experience with others. I completed a certified yoga teacher training through a certified Yoga Alliance studio in 2020.
While pregnant with my 3rd child, my teaching became focused on gentle, accesible practice and has continued.
