Description:
The Sound and Movement practice is a calming mind-body sound meditation combined with gentle physical, somatic movement activating your energy centers.
It's a great opportunity to try out our approach to releasing through this sound and movement practice and tuning into the wisdom of your body.

Suggested preparation:
Dress comfortably, and have water to rehydrate. You may bring a yoga mat, lap blanket, and bolster. Chairs are an option as well and are provided.
