Every Wednesday from 6–7 PM for Gentle Yoga by Candlelight at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. This event will take place inside the hotel. However, when the weather is nice in the spring and summer, we will practice outside in the garden, in a serene, natural setting.

This community-centered class offers a chance to release tension, calm the mind, and nurture your body through gentle movement, deep breathing, and community conversation and mindfulness. An optional 10-minute guided meditation will be offered at the end to further quiet the mind and deepen your practice.

Yoga mats, towels, water and journals are included.

Along with gentle yoga and meditation under soft candlelight, we will also have moments for

• Gentle journaling prompts for reflection (feel free to bring a journal or use one of ours)
• Community conversation
