She teaches all-levels classes that are welcoming and accessible, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi. Her classes begin by setting an intention and then flow through mindful movement and breath, ending in moments of ease and res, to help set the tone for your day. Cynthia has a true passion for wellness and believes that yoga is a lifelong practice that adapts as we do.
