Have you tried meditation before but not sure if you're doing it...right? Or have you heard about how beneficial meditation is but just don't know much about it? Wondering what kinds of meditation might be best for you? Then this workshop and mini-retreat are for you!Let's face it, there's a lot of information and even apps out there to help you with meditation, but many people have asked me - how do you actually DO it? We'll break it down for you and give you a chance to practice several meditation techniques to see what fits for YOU!
Cost: $35 per person
In this workshop, participants will learn:
- What meditation is, and the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of practice
- Explore different tools, techniques, and styles of meditation
- Experience different meditations + group discussion and reflection

To prepare for this event:
- Ensure that you have eaten a grounding meal at least one hour before the event
- Wear comfortable clothes and layers
- Bring your own yoga mat, bolster/pillow, and blanket, if you have these items
- Chairs will also be available
- Bring a journal and writing utensil
