This gentle practice honors the heat and gravity of the season not as something to resist, but as something to work with. As the body warms, muscles begin to open, the breath deepens, and we are naturally guided inward.
Through slow, mindful movement, breathwork, and supported stillness, we’ll use the grounding energy of summer to melt tension, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with a sense of ease.
