Gentle Partner Yoga : A Somatic Yin Experience

Join us, Cheryl & Katie, for a heart-centered two-hour journey designed to nurture trust, deepen body awareness, and explore the quiet power of shared presence. This gentle partner yoga experience blends the introspective qualities of Yin Yoga with the subtle, healing language of Somatics — inviting you to move slowly, feel deeply, and connect authentically.

Through supported postures, mindful touch, and co-regulated breath, you and your partner (friend, loved one, or fellow participant) will explore:

• Restorative shapes that encourage nervous system down-regulation
• Somatic inquiries that foster embodied listening and mutual respect
• Gentle assists and shared holds that build trust and emotional safety
• Yin-inspired stillness to soften fascia and release held tension

This two-hour workshop is open to all bodies, all relationships, and all levels of experience. No flexibility or prior yoga practice required — just a willingness to show up with curiosity and compassion.

Cost: $65/couple including tax/service fees
