Join us for a soulful day of self-discovery, nourishment, and harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit.In this immersive workshop, we weave together the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the cosmic insights of Astrology to help you understand your unique constitution — your Dosha, your Astrological Modes, and Elements — and how they interplay to shape your energy and wellbeing.

You’ll uncover where you may be excessive or deficient, and learn practical, accessible ways to restore balance from the inside out. Together, we will:

• Discover your Dosha with Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner Sachin Sudra of Sunistanai
• Explore your Astrological Modes & Elements with Astrological Healing teacher Sandy of Solar Power Health
• Integrate your insights to create harmony within through personalized wellness approaches
• Craft your own Ayurvedic Herbal Oil designed to meet your individual needs — and learn how to use it for daily self-care rituals

We’ll close our gathering with a deeply meditative Alchemy Singing Bowl Soundbath, allowing the wisdom of the day to integrate into your body and soul.

• Notebook & pen

• Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket (there are many at the Yurt, but bring your own if you prefer)
• Chair if needed (most of the retreat will be seated on the floor)
