Gentle Flow Yoga Sundays

Join us every Sunday this January for a relaxing Gentle Flow Yoga session. Perfect for all levels, this in-person class helps you unwind, stretch, and connect with your body in a calm, friendly environment.
This is a community Gentle Flow class. No prior yoga experience needed.
You will get clear guidance and options for different bodies and comfort levels. Neurodivergent students are welcome to join. If you or your teen needs 1:1 assistance to participate safely and comfortably, please bring a caregiver or support person.
