Join me on Wednesdays at 6:45 PM and Thursdays at 9:30 AM for a gentle, calming yoga session to help you feel refreshed, balanced and a little more you.
Whether you’re easing into your morning or winding down in the evening, these sessions are a lovely mix of slow, mindful movement, deep breaths and peaceful stillness.
We’ll flow through gentle sequences, focus on the breath and finish with a restful Savasana to bring everything back to centre. It’s a friendly space for all levels, whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years.
Just bring your mat (let me know if you need one), a bottle of water, and wear something comfy that lets you move freely.
