In Guide vs Drive Under Pressure, the first session of the Guide Don’t Drive™ Foundation, you will interrupt instinctive control and replace rescue reflexes with disciplined guiding responses. You will learn how to recognize the exact moment urgency tempts control, practice asking questions before answering, reduce unnecessary escalation pressure, and build leadership responses that preserve ownership and clarity.
This two hour live cohort session combines real time behavioral practice with leadership discipline so leaders can:

• Practice interruption under pressure
