Ride pace will have variations. Overtime you will learn the style/pace of each ride guide. Work your way up in speed over time and start on a slower paced ride than your instinct for your 1st group ride. Open to NEMBA members & non-members. This ride is not appropriate for riders who are new to mountain biking. Helmet required, bring water and wear appropriate footwear. 18+ and no dogs please.
