Welcome Beautiful sisters,
🌸 This month, we gather to explore the nectar of our lives, the things that nourish us, delight us, awaken us, and remind us of the sweetness of being alive. 🌸
🌻 Through the wisdom of the bee, the curiosity of the hummingbird, the aliveness of Eros, and the power of personal agency, we will explore what nourishes us, what brings us pleasure, what we desire, and how we consciously choose to participate in the world around us. 🐝
🌸 We are not gathering to learn how to give more of ourselves away.
🦋 We are gathering to remember what nourishes us, what brings us alive, and what we wish to cultivate within ourselves and our community.
🌻 Together, we will create space for connection, nourishment, embodied awareness, playful exploration, and the remembering that we are allowed to receive as much as we give.
🌹 OUR EVENING TOGETHER 🍃
🐝 The First Taste of Nectar
We will begin by settling into our circle with a beautiful herbal tea ceremony, slowing down, awakening our senses, and allowing ourselves to arrive fully in the present moment.
🌼 Meeting the Bee
Exploring the wisdom of the bee, the Queen, the hive, and the magic of cross-pollination, how our individual gifts nourish not only ourselves but the communities we are part of.
🌺 Following the Hummingbird
An invitation into curiosity, play, movement, and delight. What catches our attention when we slow down?
What brings us alive? Where might we allow a little more joy?
🌹 Eros, The Nectar of Being Alive
Through gentle sensory exploration, mindfulness, and embodied practices, we will explore pleasure, presence, and our relationship with the things that make us feel nourished, connected, and alive.
🌺 Reclaiming Our Agency
A space for reflection, journalling, and intention-setting as we explore our choices, our boundaries, our desires, and the small steps we can take towards cultivating more of what we wish to experience.
🐝 Cross-Pollination & Sisterhood
Sharing, connecting, and witnessing one another as we gather the wisdom, gifts, and nourishment each woman brings into the circle.
🌳 We will close with a grounding practice, allowing time to integrate our experiences and carry a little of our gathered nectar into the days ahead.
🌹 This is an invitation to arrive as you are, participate in the ways that feel right for you, and discover alongside one another.
🌻 There is no pressure to share, perform, or be anything other than yourself. 🐝

🕕 Time: 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm

☕ Herbal tea’s hot chocolate, juice and spring water, as well as a delicious supper will be provided.
🌀 Kitchen and toilet facilities are available at the venue.

I generally always provide gluten-free and vegan,
as my intention is to create an evening that is nourishing for everyone.
