🕊️ Gathering of Family and Friends & Celebration of Life for Shane Hoffman 🕊️
With heavy hearts, we would like to share the arrangements for Shane Hoffman as his family and friends come together to remember and celebrate his life.
Gathering will be held at Duca Funeral Home in Westmont (1622 Menoher Blvd, Johnstown, PA 15905).
🕯️ Friday, August 21 | 6:00–8:00 PM
🕯️ Saturday, August 22 | 1:00–4:00 PM
After Saturday's gathering at the funeral home, friends and family are invited to gather at the Chowdhry family home for a Celebration of Life in Shane’s honor.
🌿 There will be a celebration of life potluck dinner at The Chowdhry home after the gathering at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers; please consider bringing a favorite dish of Shane’s or any dish. If you are not one for the kitchen and would like to assist, please consider a donation toward Shane's funeral and medical expenses, as well as his Celebration of Life. Donations can be sent to the Duca funeral home at 1622 Menoher Blvd, Johnstown, PA 15905; in care of The Chowdhry Family.
Should there be any funds remaining after the Celebration of Life expenses, the Chowdhry family plans to establish a scholarship at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (UPJ) in Shane’s honor, allowing his memory to live on by helping other students in the future. ❤️
On behalf of the family, I also want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible outpouring of love, prayers, messages, meals, and support that have surrounded Melissa, Omar, Brandon, Alleyah, Zarah, and their entire family during this incredibly difficult time.
Your kindness has not gone unnoticed. Every message, prayer, gesture, and act of love means more than words can express.
Please continue to keep Shane’s family and all those who loved him in your thoughts and prayers as we come together to honor his life, share our memories, and celebrate the person he was.
