Have you thought about trying yaga but don’t feel flexible enought or are worried about your balance? Consider attending this introductory chair yora class! Chair yoga uses folding chair set on a regular yoga mat to provide support and stability while still offering a great experience that provides muscle strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. This class will offer 30 minutes of chair yoga and 30 minutes of discussion about natural ways to support liver health using Lifestyle Medicine.
