In these sessions you will learn how to utilize art materials in an expressive way to help increase your well-being as you navigate your day. Each session will feature a different art intervention.
Art interventions will help with:
- Self-expression
- Raising self-esteem
- Self-care
- Coping with change
- Self-awareness
- Relaxation
- Soothing anxiety
- Relieving stress
- Feelings/emotions
- Empowerment of oneself
No prior artistic experience is required to participate. All needs will be accommodated. Dress comfortably in clothing that may become soiled with art materials.
