GATHER for Sunrise Flow
We'll begin close to the ground with soft stretches and conscious breathing, gradually rising into standing poses as your body wakes. There's no rigid structure here—just intentional movement set to soft music, designed to create space in your body and steadiness in your mind before the day begins.
This is yoga at its most accessible. Chill, grounding, and exactly what Tuesday and Thursday mornings need.
