Gather at the Gallery: Talk & Workshop with June Macdonald (Ages 55+)

Please note that there is a limit of two tickets per person. This measure is in place to promote a more equitable ticket purchasing expereince for everyone.

Artist June Macdonald will join us to present an artist talk about her career and practice. There will be an opportunity to ask questions, as well as a demonstration of how June decorates her ceramics. Following the talk, you will get the opportunity to employ June's carving techniques to your own wheel-thrown vase. Each ticket includes 1 clay item that will be kiln-fired in our studio.

During the workshop, please photograph your artwork so you can identify it when it comes out of the kiln. Thank you!

The ceramic artworks will be fired in a kiln at the gallery. Approximately 4 weeks after the workshop, you will receive an email when they are ready to be picked up. You can also check our website here to see if your pieces are ready to be picked up.

June has been potting over the years since taking her first lesson as a child. Today she loves working on the wheel and sharing her live of clay with students.
