About this Event
Step into a morning designed to move your body, nourish your soul, and connect you with a community of wellness-minded friends. Gather & Grow is half-day retreat, a chance to pause from the everyday and immerse yourself in movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
We’ll begin with a warm welcome from Founders & Friends creator Jenny Duff, a Certified Holistic Life Coach who helps people bring their passions and purpose to life, supporting them in breaking through barriers and accessing their creative power to transform their reality.
From there, we’ll kick off with energizing workout led by Ali Lany, a personal trainer based in Carlsbad known for her passion and dedication toward helping women transform their lives by building strength and integrating strength training and conditioning into their workout routines.
Next, soften into a grounding yin yoga flow with Savannah Pate, a yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner who creates a grounding, heart-opening experience that reconnects you to your body’s wisdom. Her yin flow integrates deep stretching with hands-on Reiki energy healing to melt tension, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling centered, nourished, and deeply relaxed.
To deepen your relaxation and support in healing, Dr. Jennifer Godinez, Doctor of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, will guide restorative acupuncture sessions. Jennifer specializes in women’s health and integrates somatic-informed therapy, acupuncture, and herbal medicine to help women regulate the nervous system, reconnect with their essence, and restore balance in body and mind. She also supports transformation and self-discovery through women’s coaching.
Nutrition and wellness are woven throughout the day, supported by Sommer Hill, a Certified Integrative Nutritionist and Health Coach who helps clients strengthen every pillar of their well-being, going beyond quick fixes to create lasting change through the foundations of health: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, environment, and personal growth.
The morning continues with space to explore and expand. Relax in the sauna or refresh with a cold plunge (or both!), browse local wellness vendors, enjoy nourishing snacks, and connect with other women on the same path of growth. As a send-off and thank you, we'll send you home with a curated wellness brand bag along with some lasting memories and a state of complete zen!
