You'll be guided through a blend of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and live Sound Healing—an ideal combination for rest and reconnection. Whether you’re new to these practices or returning to your mat, all are welcome.

What is Yin Yoga?A slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to gently release fascia and connective tissues. Yin invites stillness in the body and calm in the mind—perfect for cultivating inner peace and presence.

What is Yoga Nidra?Also known as "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that brings you into a deeply relaxed state between waking and sleeping. It promotes nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
