Financial Freedom: Income Protection Accounts & Strategies
Host: Neema S Mrisho

Info: What would happen to your family's finances if your income suddenly stopped due to an illness, injury, or unexpected life event? In this presentation, I will introduce the concept of an Income Protection Account and explain why protecting your ability to earn an income is one of the most important financial decisions you can make.
Attendees will learn how income protection strategies can help provide financial security during critical, chronic, or terminal illnesses while helping families maintain their lifestyle and meet financial obligations. The presentation will also cover common misconceptions about traditional life insurance, the importance of living benefits, and how properly structured protection plans can complement a broader financial strategy.
Whether you are a working professional, business owner, parent, or someone planning for the future, this session will provide practical insights into safeguarding your income and protecting your loved ones.

Beyond Survival: Reclaiming Yourself in a World That Demands More
Host: Tiara Bostock

Info: "In a culture that celebrates productivity, constant availability, and pushing through, many women find themselves disconnected from their own needs, emotions, and sense of self. We become experts at showing up for everyone else while quietly losing touch with what we need to feel grounded, fulfilled, and well.
Beyond Survival: Reclaiming Yourself in a World That Demands More is an interactive workshop designed to create space for reflection, self-awareness, and intentional growth. Participants will explore how societal expectations, caregiving roles, workplace pressures, community responsibilities, and lived experiences shape the way we move through the world and relate to ourselves.
Through guided reflection, facilitated discussion, and practical wellness strategies, attendees will identify areas where they may be operating on autopilot, reconnect with their values and priorities, and develop personalized approaches to sustaining their emotional well-being.

Why Establishing & Maintaining Boundaries Will Ultimately Set You Free
Host: Tiffany Nobles

Info: After years of people-pleasing to the detriment of losing myself, I finally decided I was worth more. Establishing and maintaining boundaries has become a way of life and the best form of self-care. I no longer offer explanation when my answer is “No” because it is a complete sentence. This has been the best form of protecting my peace with my family, friends, and clients. In this presentation, I will share how I did it, how it has helped me in my various roles (wife, mother, business owner), and how others can begin to show up for themselves the same way.
