A mandala offering is a traditional imagined offering whereby you envision the entire universe transformed into a pure land and then mentally offer this to the Buddhas. The practice of Guru Yoga is a special method of receiving all Buddha’s blessings through relying upon the spiritual guide in conjunction with the ancient and blessed Migtsema prayer.
In this retreat we will engage in the preparation of powerful traditional chanted prayers called Offering to the Spiritual Guide and within this practice spend time making mandala offerings and engage Migtsema prayer collections to infuse our mind with blessings and merit or good fortune.
Each session will include a component of guidance. Everyone is welcome.
