Start your week with intention and ease. Join us for Gate to Stillness: Yoga Nidra on Sunday, March 29th at 6:30pm. The cost for this class is just $15.Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative, guided meditation practiced lying down with no movement needed.
This 45min class is designed to support your nervous system, invite rest & meditation, and help you transition gently into the week ahead.
