Einföld, aðgengileg og ákaflega slakandi stund í garðskála Grasagarðsins.Jógamottur verða á staðnum en þátttakendur sem eiga eru hvattir til að koma með sína eigin jógamottu.
Þátttaka er ókeypis og öll velkomin.

Yoga teacher Talya Freeman offers yoga classes to help you de-stress during Advent. How can we use yoga to live a more stress-free life? Simple, accessible, and incredibly relaxing in the display greenhouse of the Reykjavík Botanic Garden.
Yoga mats will be available on-site, but participants who have their own are encouraged to bring them.
The event is free of charge and all are welcome to join.
Please note that the event will be held in English.
