The following vaccines are available for adults (18 years & up):
Tetanus (Td and TDAP) – Pneumonia (PCV21)
Shingles (Shingrix) - Hepatitis B - Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
Chickenpox (Varicella) - RSV
Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
Influenza (Flu) - available seasonally.
Childhood Vaccines & Immunizations
CHC offers many of the recommended childhood vaccines & immunizations.
At this time only the RSV & COVID-19 vaccines are not available.

Influenza (flu) vaccines for Children & Adults are only offered seasonally or while supplies last.
CHC will make every reasonable effort to accommodate patients seeking vaccinations during our walk-in vaccine clinics. Vaccine availability may vary based on supply, eligibility requirements, age restrictions, clinical recommendations and other factors. Insurance coverage for vaccines varies by individual plan. Patients are encouraged to verify coverage with their insurance provider prior to their visit.
