Rise and shine with us this summer as we take our yoga practice outside!
Join one of our experienced yoga teachers as they guide you through a blend of flows and poses to awaken your body first thing in the morning and uplift your mind for the weekend ahead.
Along with some mindful breathwork and time for relaxation, you will feel a sense of peace and clarity wash over you, enabling you to feel a deeper connection to yourself, others and the world around you.
These sessions will be running every Saturday from the middle of May until the end of September. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice - everyone is welcome to join us outside to experience the transformative power of practising yoga in nature.
Following the practice, there will be a chance to meet your fellow yogis over a cup of herbal tea, where you can share your experiences and revel in the sense of camaraderie that comes from practising outside together.
Let’s feel the grass between our toes and breathe in the fresh, floral air - as we escape the hustle and bustle of modern life and take a sunny savasana under the trees.
Spaces are limited, so book in advance to avoid disappointment.
