We've got together with Strathtyrum Flowers to bring you a series of floral workshops, which reflects the Scottish growing season, and month-by-month offering from the Walled Garden here on the estate.
The flowers are sustainably grown, following organic principles, and carefully harvested by hand to ensure they are fresh as possible.
Each workshop will focus on learning about, and arranging with, the best blooms, sprigs and stems of the season.
This month, we explore the best of the summer grown dried stems. Learn about the drying process and create your own everlasting bouquet, which will include flowers, grasses and seed pods.
