Join us for this FREE unique event as part of our National Fitness Day celebrations! These sessions are designed to be inclusive and accessible, benefiting participants of all levels from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Our Beach Bootcamp is designed to challenge and inspire in a fun and supportive environment. Get ready to sweat, smile, and enjoy this fantastic session!
Connect with the natural world and find your inner calm in the fresh air with our Beach Yoga. Experience the calming effects of Yoga, and start your day with peace, balance, and positive energy.
What to Expect:

Experience a variety of exercises including cardio, strength training, and/or enjoy a series of Yoga poses and stretches designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.

Our Gym Team and/or Yoga instructors will guide you through the sessions, ensuring proper form and that you get the most out of each practice.

Share these experiences with a supportive community of like-minded fitness and yoga enthusiasts.
